Holy Trinity Hypercar Challenge II

Since our first world exclusive event in May we simply couldn’t wait to get back to Bruntingthorpe to do it all again and on a sunny September morning we lined up six supercars and hypercars and it was time for ‘Trinity II” An experience which enabled guests to drive the so called ‘Hypercar Holy Trinity’, the McLaren P1, La Ferrari and Porsche 918 Spyder to 200MPH!

After a light breakfast there was a nervous excitement in the air as three full safety briefings were given and helmets were donned for the warm up runs to 180MPH in the MSO McLaren 12C, Ferrari 458 Spider and Porsche 991 Turbo S.

With full instruction along the way, the drivers were coached to ever increasing speeds on the two mile runway and on exiting the cars, the explosive smiles and laughter could not be contained as lifelong memories were being made.

Once the supercars had been driven it was time to move things up a notch and drivers took their seats in £5m worth of hypercars. With full video systems filming it all and telemetrics boxes keeping an eye on the speeds it was time for foot to the floor in an effort to smash that elusive 200MPH mark.
